- Not be a civil servant (ASN), military (TNI), or police personnel  

- Not be receiving Family Hope Program (PKH) assistance prior to BSU disbursement

Disbursement via State-Owned Banks

The subsidies are distributed through Himbara banks, including BRI, BNI, BTN, and Mandiri. In Aceh, disbursements are handled by Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). Recipients without accounts at these banks can collect their aid through PT Pos Indonesia.

For non-wage earners (BPU) or informal workers, data and access are managed via bpu.bpjsketenagakerjaan.go.id, though the BSU specifically targets wage earners (PU).
